Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or butter melted
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Put melted coconut oil, maple syrup, egg and vanilla in a mug and whisk with a fork to combine.
  • Add coconut flour and baking powder and mix until well combined.
  • Put the mug in a microwave. Microwave on High for 90 seconds.
