Can You Cook a Mug Cake in the Air Fryer?

Can You Make an Eggless Mug Cake?
Yes— just use a pinch of baking powder in lieu of the egg. The baking powder will help the cake to rise and become fluffy.
How Long To Cook a Mug Cake?
About 1 minute and 30 seconds for a good consistency. If you prefer a “wetter” more moist center, then cut back on a few seconds. Try different times and watch the cake to get just the right texture for your treat.

This was super easy and *so* good! It made my sweet tooth very happy!
I can never follow a recipe to the letter, and I did 2 things to this one- I added a tiny pinch of salt and about a tablespoon of tiny butterscotch chips. I also mixed the sugar and cocoa together before adding them to the egg, to avoid clumps and to help make the cocoa mix in better. I can definitely see this becoming a staple comfort food!
Much better than regular ( flour) mug brownies! And they are gluten free… Thank you for posting!
