Ingredients
- 1 acorn squash
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut acorn squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
