Air Fryer Roasted Baby Carrots With Honey and Cinnamon

Roasted baby carrots are one of my family’s favorite side dishes!

I love serving carrots because they have a huge amount of nutritional value. They are packed full of nutrients and antioxidants, especially vitamin C which can help maintain a healthy immune system. Carrots also help provide healthier eyesight!

On top of all the health benefits, these baby carrots are perfectly bite-sized, while also being vibrant, and tasting incredible! What more could you ask for from a veggie?

Don’t own an air fryer? No problem! You can make these baby carrots with honey cinnamon glaze in your Instant Pot. They end up being extremely tender with a spicy sweetness to them!

Cooking Tips

  • If you aren’t able to buy baby carrots, you can swap them out for a regular size carrot. Just make sure to cut them down to even-sized pieces before you cook them in the air fryer.
  • Have any carrots leftover? Make some carrot apple raisin salad or some deliciously easy carrot cake!

What to Serve With Roasted Baby Carrots

I love to serve these air fried roasted baby carrots with a whole roasted Cornish hen and some of this delicious potato salad I like to make in the Instant Pot!

If the Cornish hen is not really for you, I would recommend pairing up the baby carrots with some of this Instant Pot beef brisket.
