I’m loving the idea, but the sodium content is a problem. Let’s not forget that most of us eat 3 meals in any given day, & sometimes even a snack. EVERYTHING contains sodium, so this delicious ‘snack’ is pretty much too high in sodium for most of us, especially if we’re trying to stay healthy, by adhering to the health guidelines. If anyone else is concerned w/sodium intake, search the Internet for a lower sodium “Homemade Buffalo Sauce” recipe. I found one that I like, but I don’t think it would be a good idea to mention it on this cooking blog.
