Forget the mall- Make your own warm and fluffy cinnamon rolls in your air fryer at home! Using a can of Pillsbury cinnamon rolls, you can easily bake a batch of this delicious pastry for breakfast or dessert in less than 15 minutes. These air fryer cinnamon rolls are just so darn tasty!
Air Fryer Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
Pillsbury cinnamon rolls are so popular and are a true crowd-pleaser! Now that I’ve been on a cinnamon kick, I have been making recipes like these microwaved cinnamon apples or going all out with some delicious keto cinnamon baked donuts!
Today, I’m ready to take on the doughboy and make my very own batch of cinnamon rolls using my air fryer instead of the oven.
Less clean up, quicker to bake- what’s not to love?
How To Make Canned Cinnamon Rolls In The Air Fryer
Before you start cooking anything, make sure to spray the air fryer basket with a non-stick cooking spray.
Pop open the canned cinnamon rolls and set aside the icing package for later.
Add the cinnamon rolls to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook the cinnamon rolls in the air fryer at 350F for about 10 minutes.
Once they are done, remove the baked cinnamon rolls from the air fryer and put them on a serving plate.
Spread the icing over the cinnamon rolls and enjoy!
Cooking Tip:
- Air fryers differ and some take longer to cook cinnamon rolls then others. If your cinnamon rolls are not cooked through in 10 minutes, add an extra 5 minutes of cooking time!
What To Serve With Homemade Cinnamon Rolls
I think it’s safe to say that these air fryer cinnamon rolls are just perfect on their own!
With that being said, I sometimes like to mix things up and serve them with different things. It just depends on what time of the day I plan on eating these Pillsbury cinnamon rolls.
If I plan on eating these for breakfast, I like to sometimes surprise my family and serve it as a pastry-style breakfast with a side of some crispy air fryer bacon and fruit. The sweetness of the icing on the cinnamon roll with a hint of spiciness from the cinnamon paired with the saltiness of the bacon is MAGIC! You have to try it!
I also like to whip up a batch of my homemade iced coffee latte to drink while I eat this super-indulgent treat. You can make this latte for breakfast or an afternoon snack.
If you are planning to serve these fluffy cinnamon rolls as dessert after dinner time, I would serve these with a side of scooped ice cream. Or, I’ll make an extra batch of creamy icing and serve it to dip the cinnamon pieces in or drizzle over the top.
You really can’t go wrong!

Absolutely brilliant air fryer recipe for Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls. Air fried for the suggested 10 minutes and they were perfectly cooked to our likings. We like the tops to be soft, not a hard crunch.
Icing melted instantly and we liked these better than oven baking. Best part was we had extra morning time using the air fryer vs. oven baking. Thanks, Melanie, for another of your delicious and easy recipes.
