How To Make Air Fryer Chicken Hearts

Place chicken hearts in a mixing bowl for prep. Drizzle in olive oil and top with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Use a large spoon to toss meat in seasonings and oil.

Move seasoned chicken hearts to the air fryer basket. Spread out chicken into a single layer as much as possible.

Place basket inside of air fryer. Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, pausing halfway though cooking time to shake basket, thus redistributing the chicken hearts. This help them to brown more evenly.

Once the cooking time is up, check the chicken by inserting a meat thermometer. It should read at least 165 degrees.

If chicken is done cooking, move from the air fryer basket to a serving bowl.
