Take each piece of chicken and dip both sides in the egg and then breadcrumbs. Be sure to press the chicken into the breadcrumbs. This helps the breadcrumbs to adhere better to the chicken.

Add chicken cutlets to air fryer basket. Heat at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, open up air fryer basket and use tongs or spatula to flip chicken breasts over. This helps them to brown more evenly.

Once chicken is done cooking, check internal temperature with a meat thermometer. It should be at least 165 degrees.
