How To Make Air Fryer Chicken Tenders Without Breading
First drizzle olive oil on the chicken tenders, if you are using it. Next, sprinkle on seasonings of your choice. This recipe calls for salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Season chicken tenders, then flip them over and season again. Use your hands or a pastry brush to rub seasonings evenly over chicken.
Add chicken tenders to air fryer basket in a single layer. Replace basket in air fryer.
Heat air fryer to 400 degrees for 10 mins, pausing halfway through cooking time to carefully flip the tenders over.
Once cooking time is over, check chicken temperature with a meat thermometer (should be at least 165 degrees). If chicken is done, remove with tongs and place on serving plate.

- Be sure to flip chicken tenders halfway through cooking time to ensure even cooking/browning

I used this recipe for dinner last night & it was a hit! I did, however, have to change it a bit since I can not use garlic when I cook for my brother. I used onion powder, and it was still terrific!!!
