This Air Fryer Cornbread couldn’t be easier! It’s the perfect way to bake moist, fluffy cornbread to enjoy on Thanksgiving or any time of the year.
Cornbread Baked In Air Fryer
Air fryer cornbread is a delightful twist on a classic favorite. Imagine golden-brown, slightly crispy edges with a soft, moist interior. And making it is so easy! You mix up your cornbread batter with just 3 ingredients: Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, milk, and one egg. Then, instead of baking it in the oven, pop it into your air fryer. The hot air swirling around gives it that lovely texture—crispy outside and fluffy inside—in less time than traditional baking.
When you try air fryer cornbread, get ready for a burst of flavor and texture. The magic happens when the air fryer works its charm, transforming simple ingredients into a delightful snack or side. And the best part? You can customize it too! Add some jalapeños for a spicy kick or sprinkle cheese on top for extra indulgence. Whether you’re a cornbread aficionado or new to this tasty treat, the air fryer version might just become your new kitchen favorite.
