How To Make Air Fryer Country Style Pork Ribs
This recipe starts with a good seasoning of the meat. Rub salt, pepper, and garlic powder liberally onto both sides of the pork ribs. You can also add any seasoning you love for bbq-ing!
Prep air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray or brush with vegetable oil. Add pork ribs to basket in a single layer, and place into air fryer.
Cook at 400 degrees for 16 minutes, flipping pork ribs halfway through cooking time.
Next, pull basket out of air fryer and brush bbq sauce onto ribs.
Cook for 2 minutes at 400 degrees and repeat on other side— add bbq sauce and cook.
Once pork ribs are completely done, use tongs to remove from basket and serve. They will be tender and juicy, with flavorful meat that is easy to cut.
Cooking Tips
- Prep the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush on oil for easy clean-up, as bbq sauce can get sticky
- Add bbq sauce at end of cooking time, so it doesn’t burn in the air fryer
- Check that pork ribs are done cooking by ensuring an internal temperature of 145 degrees with a meat thermometer. If not quite done, cook for a few more minutes and check again
