How To Make Air Fryer Flounder
First prep the air fryer basket with nonstick spray. This is important so the fish doesn’t stick to the basket while cooking. Alternatively, you can brush the basket with vegetable oil.
Lay out 2 flounder fillets and top with seasonings. Place in air fryer and heat at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Thicker fillets may require a longer cooking time. To check doneness, use a meat thermometer to be sure the flounder is at least 145 degrees in the center of the fillet. If not, cook in air fryer for another 5 minutes.
Once fish is done cooking, remove from air fryer with a spatula. Place on serving dish.

What Temperature To Cook Fish In The Air Fryer?
