Air Fryer Frozen Cheese Blintzes
These cheese blintzes are quite the treat, especially since they don’t require any cooking. You can make them in under 20 minutes for a quick and satisfying dessert or breakfast.
The texture and flavor profile is very similar to a cheesecake, except it’s crispy on the outside with a luscious and silky cream cheese filling.
Unlike when using an oven, the air fryer helps these to come out perfectly cooked and crispy. The perfect dessert to top with whipped cream or syrup!
Ingredients Needed To Make Homemade Cheese Blintzes
This is another super simple and tasty dish that can be made in under 30 minutes. And, the best part? It only requires one ingredient.
- One package of frozen cheese blintzes (I got mine at Trader Joe’s!)
They are tasty and oh so cheesy. Perfect for satisfying your cheese cravings without having to take the time to cook something! Cheese blintzes make the perfect sweet treat or breakfast depending on what you feel like.
How To Make Frozen Cheese Blintzes In The Air Fryer
These cheese blintzes are so fast and easy to make that it won’t even feel like cooking at all!
To make this sweet treat, start by setting your air fryer to 390F.
Spray your fryer basket with a non-stick cooking spray to be safe. Add your frozen cheese blintzes to the basket, but make sure they are spread out evenly in a single layer. You don’t want any on top of each other because this will not allow them to cook properly.
Cook the blintzes in the fryer for 5 minutes. Open the machine after 5 minutes and carefully turn each one over so that the other side can cook.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Take them out of the fryer and serve while they are still hot!
What To Serve With Cheese Blintzes

You can eat them with all kinds of things, and they are great when eaten with some kind of sweet topping. To make these blintzes taste even better, eat them with:
- Whipped cream

- Yogurt

The proper way to serve cheese blintzes is topped with sour cream NOT whipped cream (they’re supposed to be not too sweet!) Strawberry are traditional but I prefer seedless blackberry preserves!
Cheese is traditional, served like you said with sour cream — or even applesauce. Other than that, blintzes can have a filling with a variety of fruits. It depends on your family, of course. : )
