How To Make Frozen Crab Rangoon in the Air Fryer
Simply lay out 6-8 frozen crab rangoon in a single layer in bottom of air fryer basket. Replace basket back in air fryer and cook at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
Once down cooking, crab rangoon will be golden brown on outside and perfectly cooked on inside. Lay out on serving dish or tray. Add dipping sauces, if desired.

- It’s important to lay out crab rangoon in single layer for even cooking
- No need to defrost crab rangoon, air fryer cooks them from frozen
- If you wish to cook additional crab rangoon, do so in batches of 5 minutes at a time
How To Make Crab Rangoon Sauce (Sweet and Sour Sauce)
Combine vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, chili flakes, and 1/2 cup water in a sauce pan and heat on medium, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk up a Tablespoon of water and a Tablespoon of cornstarch with a fork. Add mixture to sauce pan and stir until liquid is just boiling. Remove from heat and stir until sauce is completely mixed and thickened slightly. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then transfer to small serving bowls for dipping.
Can You Air Fry Leftover Crab Rangoon?
Yes! Just brush or spray them with a little bit of oil and heat in air fryer for 3-5 minutes at 350 degrees.
