Tips & Tricks For Best Results

Just like with most air fried foods, there’s actually quite a bit you can do to make sure that they turn out perfectly crispy on the outside, and soft and juicy on the inside. So what should you do to make sure your air fryer frozen egg rolls turn out great? Here’s what.

  • Brush them with a little oil instead of using a cooking spray. This will make them even more crispy and crunchy.
  • When you place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket, make sure they’re not touching each other and have some space between them. Though they won’t exactly expand on air frying, having that extra space will ensure that all the heat is spread evenly, and the egg rolls are cooked to perfection.crispy air fried egg rolls
  • When placing them in the basket, place them seam side down. The reason why you should do this is that if you place the seam side up, the other side will cook and get crispy quicker, and it might end up causing the seam to open up.
  • You’ll be cooking the egg rolls in the air fryer for 10 minutes, but make sure you turn them on the other side at the 5 minute mark. This will, again, ensure that the rolls are crispy and well cooked on both sides.
