Air Fryer Kielbasa Recipe

On busy weeknights, one pot dinners are a life-saver! Easy prep and easy clean-up. Just pull out the air fryer for this dish.

This meal is great for picky eaters. Just salt and pepper added to pre-cooked sausage and chopped potatoes. You could even serve it with a dipping sauce like ketchup or honey mustard.

And the leftovers are just as tasty! You could easily prep this on the weekend for a whole week of hearty lunches. My kids love having dinner leftovers in their lunchbox. It feels special to them!

Another meal that’s family-friendly are these Chicken Strips made in the Air Fryer. Serve them with Frozen Crinkle Cut Fries and the kids will rave! We love the air fryer in our house. Everything is cooked perfectly without needing to fire up the oven. Frozen items like chicken strips and fries come out crispy and golden brown every time.

How To Make Kielbasa and Potatoes in the Air Fryer

You can either peel your potatoes or leave them as is. Chop them up and add to a bowl with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Gently toss to coat in seasonings and oil.

Remove air fryer basket and place potatoes inside. Replace basket in air fryer and set to 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, slice up kielbasa and set aside.

Set air fryer to cook at 390 degrees for 10 minutes.

Once timer goes off, dinner is ready! Potatoes will be golden on the outside and tender inside. Kielbasa will be perfectly cooked and slightly crispy on the edges.
