Cooking Tips

  • You can use this recipe for fresh or frozen mahi mahi. If fish is thawed, reduce cooking time by 5 minutes.
  • If using frozen fish, wait to season until halfway through cooking time, otherwise seasoning will not stick to fish
  • Cooking time depends on thickness of fish. 15 minutes is a good estimate, but if the fish is still not cooked, add another few minutes in the air fryer
