Place pepper halves in a bowl. Drizzle in oil and sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder all over the peppers. Use a large spoon to toss the peppers and coat them in the seasonings.
Add peppers to air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees for 13 minutes. At about the 6 minute mark, remove the basket from the air fryer and shake peppers to redistribute them. Replace the basket in the air fryer and continue cooking.

Smaller in size, mini peppers are sweeter than their regular-sized counterparts. They have a great combination of flavor and crunch.
Do You Seed Mini Peppers?
The seeds of mini peppers are tiny and edible, so you can certainly eat them whole. However, you can also slice the peppers open and remove the membranes and seeds if you desire.
Are Mini Bell Peppers Spicy?
Like the regular-sized variety, mini bell peppers are not spicy. Instead they are slightly sweet with a great crunch. This makes them ideal for dishes that the whole family can enjoy.
