How To Make Air Fryer Pork Belly
Prep the pork belly by slicing into 1″ thick pieces.
Lay it out on a preparation surface and top with olive oil and seasonings. We used salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Rub oil and seasoning onto the pork belly. Then flip the pieces over and repeat on the other side- season and rub in.
Once the pork belly is ready, add it (skin side up) to the basket of your air fryer. Heat at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Check doneness of pork belly by measuring internal temperature with a meat thermometer. Pork should register at least 200 degrees in the center.
If the pork is done, pull it out of the air fryer basket and lay it on a serving plate.
