How To Make Air Fryer Roasted Poblano Peppers
Start by washing the poblano peppers.
Slice off the stems and cut each pepper in half. Then remove the seeds and slice out the membranes.
Add the sliced peppers to a bowl for seasoning. Drizzle with oil, then sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.
Use a spoon to toss peppers in oil and seasonings.
Add seasoned peppers to the air fryer basket. Heat to 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, open up the air fryer and use a pair of tongs or a spatula to flip peppers over for even roasting.
Once cooking time is up, move poblanos from the air fryer to a serving plate.

- You can roast the peppers whole or slice them in half as we did
- After the peppers are done cooking, you can peel the skin off or leave it intact
