How To Make Shrimp Fajitas In The Air Fryer

Start out by slicing the bell peppers and onions in thin, long strips. Make sure to cut them all evenly so they cook at the same rate.

In a large bowl, add the peppers and onions, pour some olive oil over them, and toss all of the veggies together until everything is combined.

Next, add the frozen shrimp and chili powder to the bowl and then toss until everything is seasoned.

Then add all the shrimp and veggies into the air fryer basket.

  • If using thawed shrimp (not frozen), first cook the peppers and onions in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, then add shrimp and chili powder, mix to combine, and cook for another 5 minutes at 400 degrees.

Great tips! For cooked frozen shrimp, pre-cooking the peppers and onions ensures they get tender before adding the shrimp.
