Turkey Breast Cutlets – You can purchase prepared turkey cutlets or a boneless skinless turkey breast and slice it into cutlets. The latter will give you the option for thicker or thinner slices. But with this quick and easy recipe, turkey already cut is fantastic.
Seasonings – I like to keep my spices simple, but you can get creative with your flavorings. I use a combination of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika for this recipe.

How to Make Turkey Breast Cutlets in Air Fryer
It doesn’t get much easier than this no-breading turkey breast cutlet recipe. Season and cook.. That’s it!
Step 1 – Light coat the inside of the air fryer basket with non-stick spray. You can also brush vegetable oil inside.
Step 2 – Season both sides of each turkey cutlet with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Step 3 – Place the cutlets in the basket and the basket into the air fryer. Then, set the air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F and the timer for 7 minutes. Halfway through, use a spatula or tongs to flip the turkey breast cutlets over.
Step 4 – Once done, check that the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees F. If using thicker slices, you may need to add 2 minutes.
Once the turkey has finished, remove it from the air fryer and enjoy!

- 3 slices turkey breast cutlets
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray, or brush with oil.
- Season both sides of turkey cutlets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Use your hands to rub the seasonings evenly.
- Place the cutlets in the basket and place in the air fryer. Set the temperature to 400 degrees F for 7 minutes.
- Remove the basket halfway through cooking and flip turkey.
- Check the internal temperature of the turkey cutlets, it should reach 165 degrees F. If not done, cook for an additional 2 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from basket and enjoy!
