How To Make Apple Coleslaw
You can either shred the carrots and cabbage in a food processor or use a pre-made mix from the grocery store.
Add coleslaw mix to a big salad bowl.
Wash the apples and peel them, if desired. Cut them into slices.
Shred the apple slices in a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Add them to the bowl of coleslaw mix. Toss to combine everything.
Next, measure out 2/3 cup of mayo in a small bowl and add in 1 Tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Whisk together.
Pour dressing over coleslaw and toss everything together. Taste coleslaw and add any seasonings to taste. Now it’s ready to serve!
