How To Make Baked Chicken Cutlets
To prepare, preheat your oven to 425 degrees and lay a piece of parchment paper down on a baking sheet.
Lay chicken cutlets out on a plate or cutting board. Drizzle on olive oil. Then sprinkle on seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub oil and seasonings on the chicken.
Flip chicken cutlets over, then top the other sides with oil and seasonings. Rub in once again.
Lay seasoned chicken in a single layer on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake chicken for about 15 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 165 when inserted into the chicken. If the cutlets need more time to cook, simply place them back in the oven for a few more minutes and then check the temperature again.
Once the chicken is done cooking, use a spatula to move the chicken from the baking sheet to a plate. Now it’s ready to be enjoyed!
