Lay out 6 chicken leg quarters (about 3 pounds) onto a preparation surface. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub seasonings onto chicken to coat evenly.

Flip chicken over and repeat the process- add seasonings and rub in.

Lay out chicken pieces skin side up on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken registers at least 180 degrees with a meat thermometer. Be sure to check a few pieces to ensure that all the chicken is cooked through.
