- 2 large bell peppers
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil

- Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Put stuffed bell pepper halves in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
