How To Make Banana Baked Oatmeal Cups In Air Fryer

Start by making sure you have 6 silicone cups that will fit in the air fryer.

Peel a banana and mash it with a fork in a medium-sized bowl.

Add liquid ingredients and whisk until combined.

Next add the dry ingredients: quick oats, cinnamon, and baking powder. Stir until batter is all mixed.

Add silicone cups to air fryer. Use a spoon to fill each one with the oatmeal batter.

Cook at 300 degrees for 18 minutes. Once cooking time is up, remove basket from air fryer and use oven mitts to place muffins on a serving plate.
