These healthy banana pancakes are made of all natural ingredients – eggs, banana and a pinch of cinnamon!  No processed ingredients, just the whole foods – that’s a true clean eating in its finest!

3-Ingredient Gluten-Free Banana Pancakes

These amazing pancakes are gluten-free, grain-free, sugar-free and free from processed foods! Made with just 3 ingredients, these wholesome pancakes fit into any diet! So easy and delicious, everyone must try these clean eating pancakes!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Put peeled banana in a bowl and mash with a fork.
  • Add eggs and cinnamon to the banana and whisk together with a fork until well combined.
  • Spray the non-stick frying pan with a non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
  • Laddle the pancake batter onto the frying pan to make 4 pancakes.
  • Cook for 3 minutes or until golden-brown on the bottom.
  • Carefully flip the pancakes with a spatula and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Remove the pancakes from the frying pan and serve.

  1. Delicious and satisfying. I had one banana sitting past it’s prime on my counter but I don’t eating like overripe bananas. Waste not, want not is my motto and a very timely encounter with your page was the answer. I ate all 4 pancakes. Flipping the pancake was tricky tho. PS—I raised my family in Downers Grove and Wheaton, then retired to FL.
