How Do You Keep a Breakfast Casserole From Falling?

Allow the casserole to cool down for 5 minutes once it’s out of the oven. This helps the casserole to solidify and not crumble when sliced. Also try not to open the oven door while the casserole is baking.

Do You Bake a Breakfast Casserole Covered Or Uncovered?

With breakfast casseroles that are mostly eggs, cheese, and some variety of protein, you’ll want to bake it uncovered. This results in a tasty golden brown crust on the top of the casserole.

Easily adaptable recipe – I used Kodiak Cakes in place of Bisquick, turkey breakfast sausage, and unsweetened almond milk for the regular milk. I even added chopped bell peppers and it turned out perfect! Thank you for the recipe!
