Brioche French Toast With Cinnamon
Brioche bread makes the best french toast! It cooks up hearty and full of flavor, with a crispy outside that the whole family will love. This recipe adds cinnamon for a cozy flavor and you could add other complimentary seasonings if you wish. Try nutmeg, all spice, or even cocoa powder. Any way you whisk it up, the batter is delicious and perfect for french toast.
You can cook this on a griddle or a frying pan. We prefer a griddle, as you can cook more slices at a time. If you use a frying pan, you only need a tablespoon of butter for cooking, whereas with a griddle, you’ll want to coat it in several tablespoons of butter. Both methods make delicious french toast that will become a family favorite.

How To Make Brioche French Toast
Preheat the griddle to 375 degrees (or put a frying pan on med-high heat) and add a few tablespoons of butter to the surface.
While the butter is melting, mix up the batter in a medium-sized bowl. Whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
At this point, use a spatula to spread the melted butter around the cooking surface.
Then dip each slice of bread into the batter, on both sides. Lay out slices on griddle. The batter will make about 7 slices of french toast. If you are using a frying pan, you’ll cook each slice individually.
After about 4 minutes, flip each slice over on the griddle. Cook for another 3 minutes, until the other side is golden brown on the edges, and remove all french toast slices from griddle.
Turn off griddle or stove top and serve french toast.
