What Is The Difference Between a Brownie and Brownie Cookie?
Brownie cookies are baked individually on a cookie sheet, rather than in a pan. And since brownie cookies use brownie mix in the batter, it becomes thinner. The resulting cookies are shinier than typical cookie dough cookies.
What Can I Add To Brownie Mix?
Whether you’re making classic brownies or brownie mix cookies, there are tons of yummy mix-ins that you can add to the batter. Try chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, dried fruit, nuts, oats, mini candy pieces, mini marshmallows, pretzel pieces, sprinkles, and sea salt.
