How To Make Brownie Mix Cookies

Start by preheating the oven to 35o degrees. Prep two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add 2 eggs and whisk them. Pour in oil and whisk again. Finally add an entire box of brownie mix and stir until all the ingredients are combined into a smooth batter.

Add cookie dough batter to baking sheets in round tablespoons. Once all batter has been spooned out on the baking sheets, bake cookies for 12 minutes.

Remove cookies from the oven and allow to cool completely. This will take about 30 minutes.
