Buffalo And Ranch Chicken Wrap
Buffalo chicken wraps are a spicy and flavorful meal that can be enjoyed any time of day. Made with tender, chopped chicken tossed in spicy buffalo sauce and wrapped in a tortilla with crisp lettuce and creamy ranch dressing, these wraps are bursting with taste and texture. How To Make A Buffalo Chicken Wrap
Start by cutting your chicken into very small pieces. Slice chicken breast or thigh into strips and then chop into smaller pieces.
Pour olive oil into a nonstick skillet and add the chicken. Turn the heat to high.
Once the chicken starts sizzling, you can turn the heat down to medium high and stir the chicken in the cooking oil.
Cook the chicken for about 8 minutes, stirring every minute, or until the chicken is done.
Pour in the buffalo sauce and use a spatula to coat chicken in sauce. Once sauce is heated through you can turn off the heat. If you would like, you can add salt at this point.
Use spatula to move buffalo chicken from the hot pan to a bowl for preparing the wraps.
Lay out a tortilla and top the center with buffalo chicken, shredded lettuce, and ranch dressing. Roll up one side of the tortilla, fold in the edges, then continue rolling until you get a burrito shape. Cut wrap in half to enjoy!
