Chocolate Croissants In Air Fryer Made With Crescent Rolls
How do you say melted chocolatey goodness meets crescent rolls!?! This simple recipe is going to blow your mind and show you how easy it is to make homemade mini chocolate croissants in your air fryer. It’s a totally hassle free method and they come out perfect every time.
All you need is a can of crescent rolls and chocolate chips. There is no messy flour or butter involved, which means basically no cleanup! You just fold some chocolate chips into the crescent dough, form croissants, and air fry! And you can use any type of chocolate chips you like!
This recipe is truly one of my favorites. These mini chocolate croissants can be served for breakfast, brunch, or dessert. They are also an ideal option for potlucks and office parties!
How to Make Air Fryer Chocolate Croissants With Crescent Rolls
You only need 2 ingredients for this quick and easy recipe! Store-bought crescent dough and chocolate chips. I like to use the Pillsbury brand to make mine. But you can use any brand you prefer to make chocolate croissants in air fryer made with crescent rolls.
To begin, remove the crescent dough from the can and lay it out flat. Next, place some chocolate chips on top of one of the triangle pieces of dough and then roll it up to form a mini croissant shape. Then repeat the process with all the remaining crescent dough.
Now, place the mini chocolate croissants in a single layer in the air fryer basket making sure that none of them are touching each other. Then if you want you can put a few more chocolate chips on top of the croissants before putting them into the air fryer to cook.
Finally, put the basket into the air fryer and cook the croissants for 10 minutes at 320 degrees Fahrenheit. Then when the air fryer is done cooking, transfer the chocolate croissants to a serving dish and enjoy!
How to Store Air Fryer Chocolate Croissants
These chocolate croissants in air fryer made with crescent rolls will keep at room temperature for about 3 days when covered or put in a container. You can also wrap them well or put them in a sealed bag and freeze them for up to 3 months. Then to reheat, just pop them in the microwave for about 30 seconds on medium power or put them in the toaster oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 2 minutes. However, if they are frozen you will want to thaw them out at room temperature before reheating.
Can I Use Any Brand of Crescent Rolls?
Yes! I like to use the Pillsbury brand, but any brand will work perfectly for this air fryer chocolate croissant recipe. The most important thing is to follow the recipe and use the exact same cooking time and temperature for the best results.
