My fridge was empty except for all the condiments I have for Asian and Indian dishes…and I was hungry…maybe hangry! I remembered that I had a can of Bumblebee crab in my cupboard. A tasty meal was born! I’m cooking the HB eggs, adding some finely chopped celery, and perhaps a dash of Old Bay. I’ve got rolls, but that might be too much bread. Croissants would be nice, but I don’t have any. Crackers might suffice, or using some romaine leaves as a wrap would work.
