It’s even better to make these at home! You can customize them with your preferred toppings and cook up a big batch to enjoy all week long. It’s the perfect healthy, filling breakfast for at home or on-the-go. Just whisk up the egg whites with seasonings, add toppings, and bake for a wholesome snack or breakfast.

The Starbucks egg bites are made with egg whites only, so that’s what we used here. The easiest way to get the big batch of egg whites (14) that you need for this recipe is to use liquid egg whites from a carton. This is a product you can find at the grocery store. The other option is to separate the yolks and egg whites out of all of the eggs. We find it much easier to use the ready egg whites, but it’s totally your preference.

How To Make Egg White Bites

First preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Use a nonstick muffin tin and spray it with nonstick cooking spray. This is necessary so the eggs don’t stick to the tin during cooking.

Pour egg whites into a mixing bowl. Add hot sauce and seasonings. Whisk to combine.

Add the cottage cheese and shredded cheese to the bowl. Mix again. Add chopped vegetables (we used green onions, bell pepper, and spinach) to the egg mixture and stir again.

Now use a small measuring cup or large spoon to add the egg mixture evenly to all the muffin cups. For best results, try to get an even amount of toppings (vegetables) in each cup.

Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool and remove each with a spoon. Enjoy them now or store in the fridge (up to 5 days) or freezer for later.
