Monday Dinner Idea – Chinese Orange Chicken
Who needs a Chinese takeout when you can make this orange chicken yourself? Delicious chicken with orange sauce tastes just like the orange chicken from your favorite Chinese restaurant. And it’s so much healthier too :) This yummy recipe is always a hit! Serve over rice for a complete Chinese-style meal.

Tuesday Dinner Idea – Filet Mignon Steak
Cooking filet mignon at home will cost you a fraction of the steakhouse dinner! Even if you are on a budget, you can now enjoy the filet mignon steak by making it yourself. Tender and juicy filet mignon is the best cut of steak ever – so delicious! On the side, serve some salad or potatoes. Cooking the filet mignon is very easy, even for beginners – just follow my easy instructions and cooking times for whatever your steak doneness preference (rare, medium or medium well).

Wednesday Dinner Idea – Vegetarian Brown Rice Pilaf
After eating the filet mignon on Tuesday, it’s time to take a break from the meat :) Vegetarian brown rice pilaf is full of healthy ingredients and is extremely good for you. This recipe will leave you very full even though it doesn’t have any meat! This recipe is, in fact, vegan, and if you never tried vegan main dishes before, you’ll be surprised how complete and filling this meal is. The protein in this dish comes from mushrooms and nuts, and will leave you very satisfied.

Thursday Dinner Idea – Easy Shrimp And Vegetable Stir Fry
This meal is super easy – just open a bag of frozen shrimp and a bag of frozen vegetables, add soy sauce and garlic for seasoning, put on a frying pan and cook until hot! Can’t get any easier than that! If you have frozen shrimp and frozen veggies in your freezer, you’ll have this meal available on demand when you don’t feel like going to the grocery store!

Friday Dinner Idea – Deli Turkey Quesadillas
Here’s another extremely easy recipe for you – deli turkey quesadillas! Deli turkey slices and shredded cheese are cooked inside the flour tortilla. Just 2 minutes on a frying pan per side, and you have a golden brown hot delicious quesadilla with oozing melted cheese and yummy turkey inside!

Weekly Dessert Idea – Blueberry Bundt Cake
A slice of this blueberry bundt cake is so perfect with your morning coffee! This recipe is very easy to make, even if you are not an experienced baker – just mix the ingredients, pour into a bundt pan and bake! Very tasty cake, not too heavy and is loaded with blueberries in every bite!

- 2 cups orange juice

- 1-inch piece of ginger root
- 1 tsp red pepper

Filet Mignon Steak Recipe
- 2 lbs filet mignon steak
- 1 tbsp oil
Vegetarian Brown Rice Pilaf Recipe
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 carrots
- 1 package (8 oz) mushrooms
- ½ bunch parsley
- ¼ cups slivered almonds
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Shrimp And Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
- 1 package (1 lb) tail-off frozen cooked shrimp
