This chicken mushroom stir-fry recipe is very quick and easy to make – it takes just 20 minutes from start to finish! This stir-fry is also super-healthy – very lean and full of nutritious vegetables! Everything is cooked in one pan – and the less dishes for you to wash, the better :)

Tuesday Dinner Idea – Baked Lemon Pepper Fish
This lemon pepper fish is baked in the oven, which is much healthier and easier than frying! All you need to do to make this delicious fish is to rub it with salt and pepper, squeeze the lemon juice on it and bake! So easy and delicious!

Wednesday Dinner Idea – Portobello Mushroom Pizza
Portobello pizza is a healthy version of pizza that uses the cap of the portobello mushroom as a pizza crust! A pizza that’s low-carb and gluten-free – what a find! It’s really filling too, and tastes so good!

Did you know that it’s extremely easy to make candied nuts yourself at home? This recipe takes just 5 minutes – the walnuts are cooked on a frying pan with melted butter and sugar. Candied walnuts are extremely addictive – you won’t be able to stop eating them!

- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 1 tbsp oil
Baked Lemon Pepper Fish Recipe
- 2 lbs white fish fillets
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp Italian herbs seasoning
Portobello Pizza Recipe
- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 8 tbsp ricotta cheese
- 8 tbsp pasta sauce (or tomato sauce)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Cobb Salad Recipe
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 eggs
- 2 avocados
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 green onions
- 4 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
- 4 cups of lettuce greens
- 2 tbsp Ranch dressing
Crockpot Stuffed Peppers Recipe

- 2 tbsp butter
