- ⅓ cup honey
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
- 1 lemon, squeezed
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
Tuna Avocado Wraps
- 2 cans (5 oz each) chunk light tuna in water
- 2 ripe avocados
- ¼ lemon
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 small onion
- 2 small tomatoes
- 4 flour tortillas (regular, whole-wheat or low-carb)
Pasta With Alfredo Sauce
- ¼ cup butter (1/2 stick)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated or shredded, not powdered)
