How Long To Pan Fry Mushrooms?

Add oil and mushrooms to a skillet on high heat. Wait for the sizzle of the cooking oil before you turn down the heat. This is important for browning the mushrooms properly. Then cook at medium high heat for at least 10 minutes or until mushrooms are soft and tender. They will have light brown edges from the sautéing process.
