Chop cauliflower florets into very small pieces.  Chop the parsley.  Tear the lettuce leaves into pieces (or just use pre-packaged lettuce from the bag).

Put the lettuce on a plate, then spinkle wtih parsley and put cauliflower on top.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Make a dressing with 3 parts of oil to 1 part of vinegar (or lemon juice).  Drizzle the dressing over the salad.  Enjoy this yummy fresh cauliflower green salad!
