This side dish tastes just like summer! And you can add any seasonings you love on corn. The corn cobs cook up deliciously with tasty grill marks all over. I’m putting corb directly on the grill – no husk, and they’re done in just 10 minutes. Ideal for cooking for a crowd.

We cooked this corn with butter, salt, and pepper, but you could add any seasonings you want. For a twist on a classic, try cayenne pepper, chopped fresh herbs, or even a sprinkle of parmesan. One of our favorite ways to serve corn is to slice it off the cob and mix it with queso fresco. Yum! Truly a BBQ delight.
