How To Grill Frozen Burgers
No need to defrost– you can grill these burgers straight from frozen. Isn’t that convenient??
Go ahead and preheat your grill to high heat for 5 minutes.
Before you place your burgers on the grill, lower the temperature to medium or medium low (depending on how hot your grill runs). Use BBQ tongs to add burgers to grill. Close the lid to the grill.
After 5 minutes, open up the grill. It’s time to add the seasonings. Sprinkle on top, then flip the burgers over, and sprinkle seasonings on the other side.
Cover the burgers once again and cook for another 5 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 160 degrees (for well done).
Remove the burgers from the grill and turn off the heat. Allow the burgers to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
