Canned Whole Corn Kernel Recipe
Cooking canned corn on the stovetop is a simple and worthwhile way to make it taste even better! All you need to do is pour the canned corn onto a hot skillet and mix with some butter & seasonings. When you cook canned corn on the stovetop, it gets warm all the way through, and the flavors blend together nicely. This extra step of heating it up makes the corn taste fresher and more delicious than if you were to eat it straight from the can.
Another reason why cooking canned corn on the stovetop is worth the extra step is that it allows you to customize the flavor. You can add a little bit of butter and your favorite seasonings to make it taste even better. Plus, cooking it on the stovetop gives you control over how long you cook it, so you can make sure it’s just the right texture – not too mushy or too firm. With just a few minutes of cooking, you can turn a simple can of corn into a tasty side dish that everyone will love!
