How To Make Portobello Pizza Step-By-Step Instructions

Before you begin making portobello pizza: preheat the oven to 425F.
Step 1 Of How To Make Portobello Pizza: Prepare The Portobello Mushrooms
Wash the portobello mushrooms. If they have the stems, take off the steps and discard – we only need the caps.
Step 2 Of How To Make Portobello Pizza: Microwave The Mushrooms
Put the portobello caps on a plate and microwave for 2 minutes.

Line a baking sheet with foil, put the mushrooms on it and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Spread the portobello mushroom cap with ricotta cheese.
Step 4 Of How To Make Portobello Pizza: Spread With Tomato Sauce
Spread the portobello mushrooms with tomato sauce on top of ricotta cheese.
Step 5 Of How To Make Portobello Pizza: Sprinkle With Shredded Cheese
Sprinkle the portobellos with shredded cheese on top of the tomato sauce. Now the portobello pizza is assembled and ready to be baked.
Step 6 Of How To Make Portobello Pizza: Bake It
Put the portobello pizza in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
