We love this recipe for a quick and refreshing cup of iced coffee anytime! You can totally dissolve instant coffee granules in cold water, it just takes a little more stirring. Once the coffee is blended, add your favorite creamer and/or artificial sweeteners.
And if you need more of a pick-me-up, just stir in more instant coffee. This will boost the caffeine content of the beverage. This recipe is great for making an individual serving because you can really tailor it to how you like your coffee!

How To Make Instant Coffee Iced Coffee
Start by dissolving one Tablespoon of instant coffee into one cup of cold water. If you prefer your coffee stronger, feel free to use two Tablespoons.
Stir coffee granules in water for about 30 seconds or until coffee is blended. Pour coffee over ice in a tall glass.
Now you can drink as is, or add creamer and/or sweetener of your choice. We made this iced coffee with a splash of milk.

Instant coffee in powdered form (rather than granules) dissolves quicker in cold water. Stir until instant coffee powder is totally blended in with the water.
