How To Make Instant Pot Frozen Chicken Thighs

Pour a cup of water in the instant pot for cooking. If you have a trivet, place it in the pot and lay chicken on top. If you do not have one, just lay the chicken in the water at the bottom.

Sprinkle in the seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Or use any seasonings of your choice.

Close the instant pot and set the valve to the sealing position. Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. Once the chicken is done cooking, quick release the steam. Then open the instant pot and carefully remove the chicken thighs with tongs.
