How To Make Salmon in the Instant Pot
Lay each salmon fillet atop one square sheet of aluminum foil. Brush the tops of the fish with olive oil using a pastry brush.
Sprinkle seasonings onto fish, then top each with a slice of lime. Fold up foil packets around fish fillets.
Pour one cup of water into the instant pot and add the foil packets on top, in a single layer.
Replace lid on instant pot and set valve to sealed. Heat on high pressure for 8 minutes.
Once time is up, quick release the steam. After pin drops, open the instant pot and carefully remove the foil packets with heat-safe tongs or a spatula. Open up foil packets and serve the fish.

- Olive oil is totally optional in this recipe, but it does add more flavor
- This recipe calls for salt and pepper, but you can add any additional seasoning that you like on fish
- Lime or lemon works for the slice on top of the salmon. You can also omit the slice if you prefer
