How To Make Jerk Chicken Tacos

Start by cutting the chicken into pieces. Then add them to a bowl for seasoning.

Sprinkle Jamaican jerk seasoning and lime juice onto the chicken. Stir to coat the chicken. At this point, you can move ahead with cooking or allow the chicken to marinate for more flavor.

Meanwhile, mix up the sauce. Add mayo, Jamaican jerk seasoning, and lime juice to a small bowl. Stir to blend everything together.

Next, heat oil in a pan on high heat and add the chicken. Wait until the oil is sizzling, then turn down the heat to medium high. Stir the chicken in the pan.

Cook chicken for 6 minutes, stirring every minute, until it is done. You can slice a thick piece to confirm that it is cooked through. Then turn off the heat.

Microwave tortillas for 30 seconds to make them more pliable for tacos. Load up the tortillas with chicken; then top with sauce, lettuce, and pineapple chunks.
