First toast two slices of bread until they golden brown on the edges and crisp throughout.
Lay them on a microwave-safe plate, sandwiched with two slices of cheese. (We used sharp cheddar cheese.)
Microwave grilled cheese for 20 seconds on high or until cheese is just starting to melt.
Remove sandwich from microwave, slice if you would like, and enjoy!
