Carrots Steamed In The Microwave

If you’re looking for an easy side dish, this is it! Once you steam the carrots you can add any seasonings or sauces. They are also delicious on their own. Soft, with a slight bite, carrots are cooked perfectly in the microwave.

You can use baby carrots or regular carrots for this recipe. Baby carrots can go straight in the microwave-safe dish. Regular carrots should be prepped by peeling and slicing into small logs. The carrot pieces should all be about the same size for best results. Cook then season and serve!
